Land Architecture, Inc's ongoing role as a primary consultant on this upscale community project in El Dorado Hills, California has spanned the last 15 years. The primary program objective was to establish and promote a consistent community identity, while enhancing the sites inherent beauty and environmental setting.
The development uses reclaimed water to irrigate the 18-hole championship golf course as well as many miles of streetscape and trail corridors. Preliminary site development was also provided for the Village Green, as well as extensive landscape plans for the Clubhouse, streetscapes, village entries, and several neighborhood park sites.
