Land Architecture Inc. was responsible for the complete design and landscape development package for this high density, multi-family development in Roseville, CA. We worked closely with the client to develop the model complex, recreation complex, and a network of open space amenities. An existing bike trail was extended through the project providing the residents easy access to surrounding trails and shopping. Land Architecture Inc. prepared design studies for unit layout, pedestrian and vehicular access, gated entry features, hardscape design, and details for all recreational amenities.
