Land Architecture, Inc. is a landscape architectural practice, founded in 1998, that provides professional design services in site and master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture. We are located in the Sacramento, metropolitan area, in the downtown historic district of Roseville, California.
Founding principals Wayne Kelly and Steven Fuhrman, share more than fifty years of landscape architectural experience in successfully developing extensive landscape architectural improvements for projects that range from urban infill and redevelopment, to master planning, parks and recreation, new community development, and the full range of commercial and housing project types. Through the highest quality of professional services, we have built a reputation for problem solving and meeting project schedules and budgets. We have enjoyed working closely with a wide range of disciplines and clientele, including public agencies, private corporations, real estate developers, parks and recreation departments, school districts, land planners, environmental consultants, architects, and civil engineers.
