Land Architecture Inc. acted as sub consultant to the project landscape contractor and provided site analysis, design development, and landscape design services for an old, vacant building in Rancho Cordova, Ca. This amazing transformation produced the now popular Cordova Casino complete with refurbished landscape, new parking, a grand entry and outdoor dining terrace. Land Architecture, Inc. designed the redevelopment plans for this renovation by completing all hardscape and softscape improvements.
